Rice Pudding

How to make it:
- Break the cinnamon stick in half.
- Combine rice, water, and cinnamon stick in a small to medium pot.
- Cook the rice (CTR!) until almost done. (it should be kind of soft but still grainy) At this point, your rice should have a consistency of thick oatmeal.
- Then add your condensed milk according to your taste. (go on the sweeter side because you will add more water later)
- If you want your rice pudding to be a little soupy (I prefer this) add more water, add more condensed milk if the mixture gets diluted)
- Let it boil for a few minutes until rice is fully cooked.
