Philly Cheesesteak

Serve on rolls. Not the hoggie rolls! I think its called amoroso bread but any firm but not hard rolls will do.
- Onions (chopped, not too fine)
- Beef Roast
- Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
- Pepper Jack, Monterey Jack or, Provolone Cheese
- Long and Firm Rolls
- 2 Chicken bullion cubes dissolved in 2 cups of hot water
Instructions
- Chop onion and green bell pepper and put in separate bowls.
- Slice beef roast thinly and cut into strips.
- Add oil in a skillet and saute your onions and green bell pepper.
- Add your meat and let it cook for a little bit.
- Add your cheeses. The more the merrier!
- Add a spoon-full of broth to keep the meat and cheese moist while cooking.
