Ingredients
Instructions
Serve with white rice.
- 2 lbs pork (choose the most tender one of your liking)
- 1 - 2 TBS of grated cheese
- 2-3 TBS of soy sauce
- 1 medium to large size red bell pepper
- 4-5 cloves or garlic (minced)
- 1 medium size onion (chopped)
- 2 - 3 potatoes (chopped in quarters or cubes)
- Salt to taste
- 2 TBS of oil
- Two dill pickles (shredded) or 1 - 2 tbs of pickle relish
- Medium can of tomato sauce.
- Carrots
- half a lemon (juice)
Instructions
- Marinate pork with the soy sauce, lemon juice, and cheese while chopping the rest of the ingredients.
- Sauté garlic in oil on med to high heat. Add the onions after a minute or so. Add potatoes right after the onions.
- Add marinated pork. Let it simmer and wait till it waters. Stir it every so often.
- Add the pickles, and then red bell peppers. Let it simmer, then add tomato sauce.
- Add the carrots last.
- Salt to taste according to your liking.
Serve with white rice.
