Meat Egg Rolls

How to cook
- 2 lbs. ground beef or pork (Don't mix)
- 1/2 cup onions (minced)
- 1 cup carrots (minced)
- 3 stalks green onions
- 1/2 - 1 tps salt
- 1 pack egg roll wrappers
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix all ingredients with hands.
- Separate egg roll wrappers
- Log off filing
- Roll, envelope, and seal with little water.
- Cut in half with a pair of scissors.
- Freeze in zip-lock bags
How to cook
- Fry in canola oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Oil should be just enough to submerge half of the egg rolls while frying.
- Take egg rolls out of the frying pan; let it stand vertically in a bowl lined with paper towel.
