Directions for the meat
This dish is served with sticky rice or regular rice mixed with glutenous rice (sweet rice)
- Melt about 2 and 1/2 table spoons of butter in pan per one bulb of onion in low - medium heat. Add the onions, cover then let it simmer.
- Brown onions then add brown sugar and soy sauce according to taste.
- You may also add pepper and a dash of salt.
Directions for the meat
- Cut pork or meat into 1/4 inch thick slices. Tenderize by cutting or stabbing meat.
- Bread meat by coating it with flour, dip it in beaten eggs, then finally, coat it with panko.
- Deep fry meat in oil until cooked.
