Dinner Rolls

- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 3 T. sugar
- 2 t. yeast
- 1 t. salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions
- In a pan, add water, milk and butter. Heat slowly until the butter is melted.
- In bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Make sure the liquid mixture is a colder luke warm. Add to dry ingred.
- Mix until dough is formed, add flour until the correct consistency is reached. (dough should immediately rebound when you stick your finger in it.)
- Divide into 24 rolls
- Let rise for 30-45 min
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
