Chicken and Rice

- 1/2 a square butter (4 tbs) melted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pack of lipton dry onion soup
- 3-4 chicken breast (or according to own judgment)
- 1 1/2 cup of uncooked rice
- 2 cups water
Directions
- preheat oven to 325 F, melt butter in the pan while preheating the oven
- put all ingredients in a 9 x 13 dish, put the chicken last on top
- add salt and pepper to taste, cover the dish with foil
- total cool time is 2 1/2 hours.
- Uncover the dish in the last 1/2 hour to brown the chicken.
- take it out when chicken is cooked, and let the dish sit for another 1/2 hr then serve.
